Who will be allowed to create and edit articles on the CGA platform?

In principle everyone! Our goal is to develop an open platform, where everyone in possession of solid information is allowed to publish it. However we are aware of the fact that the content of the CGA platform is a sensible one and susceptible to manipulation (as is occurs frequently in the case of Wikipedia [see for instance here here ]). Taking this into account, we plead for a more controlled editing system, but without compromising the open nature of the platform. Which form this system will assume is still not settled. In fact, this aspect will be one of the biggest challenges of the project.
